How We Keep and Delete Your Data

Last updated: July 31, 2026

The short version

Your data belongs to you. While you use Pipeline, we keep what you've entered so the platform can work for you. You can download a complete copy of your data at any time, and you can permanently delete your account yourself no email to support required. Both options are on your Profile page.

What we keep while your account is active

  • Your account and profile (name, email, location, biography, goals)
  • Your journey progress, roadmap, modules, and readiness answers
  • Your campaign workspace (goals, tasks, metrics, updates, visibility checks)
  • Coaching sessions and notes about you
  • Notifications, sign-in history, and support-related records

Downloading your data

From your Profile page you can download a complete copy of everything listed above as a single file (JSON format) that you can keep or move elsewhere.

What happens when you delete your account

Deletion is permanent and immediate. When you confirm deletion:

  • Your profile, progress, roadmap, campaign workspace, coaching notes about you, notifications, and sign-in history are permanently erased.
  • Your login itself is deleted, you will not be able to sign back in.
  • Coaching session records tied to you, whether you were the member or the coach who wrote them, are permanently erased.
  • If you contributed other activity to someone else's records (for example, campaign updates or organization invitations), those records stay with their owner but your name is removed from them.

What we can't delete

  • Payment records. If you've ever paid for Pipeline, records of those payments are held by our payment processor (Stripe) and retained as required by tax and accounting law. We remove the link between your Pipeline account and those records when you delete your account.
  • Emails already sent. Emails we've already sent to you exist in your inbox and in our email provider's delivery logs for a limited period.
