AI-Powered Features
Pipeline uses AI technology (powered by OpenAI) to provide coaching assistance and generate personalized content such as vision statements and narratives. Your inputs to these AI features are processed to provide responses but are not used to train AI models. We retain AI conversation history to improve your experience and maintain continuity in coaching conversations.

- With your organization: If you're part of an organization using Pipeline, certain progress and profile information may be visible to organization administrators and coaches.
- Cross-organization discovery: If you opt-in to "Visible to Partners," approved partner organizations may view your profile to identify leadership talent.
- Service providers: We work with trusted third parties (Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Vimeo) to provide our services.
